The month of January 2015 will bring a national liver health awareness campaign from the British Liver Trust known as ‘Love your Liver’. This is aimed at encouraging us all to look after our livers and stay healthy. Key ways to ‘love your liver’ include taking three days off alcohol every week to give your liver a chance to repair itself, eating a healthy balanced diet, drinking plenty of water and taking some regular exercise.
