It’s Thanksgiving later this month, and whether you celebrate or not, it can be a good excuse to start feasting early on turkey.

Turkey is a good source of B6 which is needed to convert the essential amino acid tryptophan to the mood boosting hormone serotonin, which translates into helping you sleep better and stabilise your mood.
