Just 21 minutes of exercise a day can boost your lifespan.

Vitality Health's own research has found that increasing your activity level can affect how long you live.  People who increase their exercise and activity to 150 minutes per week - about 21 minutes per day - will see their life expectancy increase by more than three years. 

By making small changes - such as taking the stairs, walking to work or standing up in a meeting instead of sitting down - you can fit activity and exercise into your routine without trying.
